This flexible Volkswagen LongLife servicing regime has been made possible due to the development of Volkswagen engines with the latest technically advanced longlife oil. These engines use built-in sensors that continually monitor the oil quality for degradation. This is service regime avalible for the vast majority of petrol and diesel models. With oil service intervals of up to a maximum of 19,000 miles* or 24 months, whichever occurs first.
This Volkswagen service is recommended if you drive your Volkswagen more than 25 miles a day, & if you drive in the following way:
- Regular long distance driving
- Driving at a constant speed with minimum vehicle and engine loading, and minimal towing
