Initial Diagnostic Assessment – £105
What's does this include?
This service includes up to a 60-minute initial diagnostic assessment of a fault with your vehicle. The assessment may include a road test and/or a diagnostic scan using Volkswagen Group diagnostic equipment, carried out by one of our trained technicians.
Following the assessment, we will contact you to discuss our findings, the next steps, and provide an estimate for any recommended repairs. Should further investigation be required, we will provide an estimate for the next stages of investigation.
