“I have used Central before several times to carry out work on my my Audi A4 , everything from routine servicing to very complex repairs. The service and quality of work and value for money has always been consistently excellent so I had no hesitation in bringing in my wife’s recently acquired Beetle for servicing. As always an estimate was discussed in advance (I could have had a written one if I wanted it but I trust what the guys tell me) with options on the level of service available and as ever the final invoice accurately reflected this. Most importantly, advisory work was flagged and costs discussed with level of urgency to carry out the work clearly defined. The guys at Central really provide an excellent service and always discuss every step of the work so there are no surprises. I used to patronise Audi main dealers Exclusively but had a couple of bad experiences on pricing and quality of workmanship that led me to try an alternative. I recommend Central very highly, they are knowledgable engineers and offer very good value for money.”

“I brought my VW Golf Mk5 GTI into Central Audi VW in Birmingham with a water leak they quickly found that my Golf’s water pump had spilt they explained and later showed me its internal components which were working lose causing the water leak. The water pump was replaced as well as the Cambelt and tensioners which had seen better days by the look of it. I got full satisfaction and the service was up to an excellent standard. I really appreciated their excellent service. Will be recommending them in the future. Thanks Central”

They inspected the wipers and told me that it was a faulty wiper motor. They walked me through the problem and actually showed me the part that was faulty, they gave me a quote which was exceptionally cheap offering me OE or Genuine part options, and then replaced it there and then, quick and easy. They even took me up to the fort and picked me up, while the job was been done!”
